A Legacy Built On Success

Three Generations. One Mission.

The Young family, three generations of attorneys at Gregory S. Young Co., LPA

Gregory S. Young Co., LPA is a family firm. Greg Young's grandfather founded the practice in 1958. His father continued serving injured clients. And Greg carried that legacy forward more than 25 years ago when he joined.

Today, that tradition continues with Managing Partner Michele Young and a team of attorneys and staff focused on one thing: fighting for accident victims in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, and Northern Kentucky.

Why People Choose Our Firm

  • Long-running plaintiff-side injury practice
  • Experience with both accident and medical malpractice claims
  • Convenient offices across the region
  • Home and hospital visits when appropriate

Representing Injured Clients

The Types Of Cases We Handle

Our firm handles a wide range of serious injury matters while keeping the work focused on practical guidance, careful case development, and meaningful recovery for injured people.

Motor vehicle accidents

Whether you were injured in a car, semi, motorcycle, or another roadway collision, our attorneys work to pursue maximum compensation for your injuries.

Accidents on another person's property

Slip-and-fall, trip-and-fall, and other property-related injuries may support a claim when the accident stems from negligent maintenance or unsafe conditions.

Medical negligence

Hospitals, nursing homes, and medical providers must meet a required standard of care. When they fail, serious injuries can follow.

Defective products

When a car part, consumer product, or another unsafe item causes injury, we can help evaluate claims against the manufacturer or designer.

Work-related accidents

If a third party contributed to an on-the-job injury, you may have a personal injury claim in addition to any workers' compensation issues.

We help clients who have suffered injuries ranging from fractures and scarring to traumatic brain injuries, spinal damage, and other life-changing harm. We go above and beyond to help accident victims in Ohio and Kentucky address the aftermath of serious incidents.

We also provide guidance after crashes involving property damage, and we can evaluate bad-faith insurance issues when a carrier wrongfully denies or delays a valid claim.

What You Can Expect

  • Clear communication about options and timing
  • Help preserving evidence early
  • Guidance through insurance pressure
  • Case strategy built around the actual facts of your injury

Convenient Meeting Options

Meet With An Attorney Downtown Or In A Satellite Office

We maintain multiple suburban and regional office options for convenience. Clients can make appointments on weekends or in the evening when needed, and personal injury cases are handled on a contingency basis, which means you do not owe attorney fees unless we secure compensation for you.

If travel is difficult after an injury, our team can discuss other meeting arrangements. When you are ready, you can contact us online or call to schedule a free consultation.
